We all need more joy in our lives and need to remember that we are playful, loving, and creative. Breathe into kindness and celebrate the joyful moments in life. Let’s gather and share the joy we have found. It could be a tale of something that happened to you recently; it could be an old memory that still brings a smile to your face; it could be a poem that someone else wrote that you turn to when you need more joy in your life.  We want to hear your joy! If you don’t have anything to share, come to listen, with the promise that you’ll share these with your family and friends.
